Stop-Time Measuring Device

A requisite measuring system for the performance diagnosing of the press machines. Non-contact measurement is realized by adopting magnetic sensor.

Multi-Functional High Resolution Automatic Die Monitoring System

MICRON3 is a High Resolution Slug Detector for press operation that monitors the position of bottom dead center (BDC) every stroke using high performance proximity sensor. Setting the upper and lower monitoring limits based on the reference value calculated automatically by the sampling, when the detected value exceed the monitoring range, the device sends a stop signal immediately to the press machine.
This device adapts Mean Value(Rolling Average) Monitoring Method and Absolute Value(Bench Mark) Monitoring Method, thus enable to perform more accurate and stable detection.

Programmable Rotary Cam Switch

To promote automation, laborsaving and producing high quality products, positioning detection, especially angle detection is very important, and additionally, high precision, certainty and high operability are required for producing high quality products. Our PCS-12 has all requirements. Installs a sensor on the revolving cam shaft of the press machine, and decides the reference point, then sets the operating position dialogically by the LCD monitor. RDM-4

Strain Monitoring Die Protection System

Only to press the setup button, RDM sets the best monitoring range automatically.

RDM is epochal new product designed and developed to make precise detection for slug by jamming die hitherto difficult to detect. The unit checks delicate changes accurately at a time slug is produced or other changes occur and stop the press machine promptly. An analog wave form produced at each stroke of the press machine is detected by a sensor mounted on the frame of the press machine and operationally processed with a built-in microcomputer to ascertain right or wrong. using with our slug detector MICRON-3, more effective detection is available.

PLA-2N Stage2 has the function of detecting the press load with two(2) pieces of strain gauge sensors. It displays the accurate load during press processing, and output stop signals and stops a press machine immediately when abnormality is detected. Monitoring cannot be ignored when there are eccentric loads for each stroke, and furthermore, load monitoring extends the life of dies, prevents friction and wear of presses, also promotes quality control and rationalization.

  • Easy to read digital display:
    The tonnage of the load to be processed at each side is displayed digitally for every channel and the total tonnage of the pressurized load is displayed at the center. The operator can check the pressurized load during the stamping and get a good grasp of the load balance from the pressurized load tonnage displayed for each channel. It is instrumental to the protection of the press machine and dies.
  • Three-Selector Changeover Function:
    Three monitoring functions (Trend Alarm, Adaptive Alarm and Area Alarm) can be designated by changing over the switches. One of the monitoring functions suited for the operation can be used.
  • Simple Quality Control:
    The load variation during the stamping is displayed on the LED bar, which allows the operator to easily check the deviation from the common difference. Green and orange lights will come on when the value is within the upper and lower limits; a red light will come on if the value exceeds the upper and lower limits. The operator can check for any variation during the operation (when the press machine is running) hence, it is useful for quality control purposes.
  • It will detect double stamping and feeding errors:
    It will stop the press machine to prevent losses when it detects an unusual load generated by double stamping or a feeding error.
